The Spa is a respite from the outside world. For your enjoyment, and to be courteous of other guests, we request that all cell phones are turned off while in the spa.

We gladly accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and personal checks with proper identification.

| Spa Cards |
|
Beautifully presented Spa Cards are available in any amount, and may be used for any service, package or retail purchase. Spa Cards are considered cash, and as such, lost stolen Spa Cards cannot be replaced.

| Gratuity |

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated.

For your safety, please inform the staff if you are using Retin - A, Glycolic Acid or taking Accutane prior to receiving any skin care or hair removal treatment.

| Cancellation |
| Our practitioners are in considerable demand. Kindly observe a 24 hour cancellation policy for individual services, and 48 hours for any Escape Plan or Group Reservation. Failing that, 50% of the value of your service will be charged. In event of a no show, full price be charged. |
