Spa & Salon Policies

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate time to change and prepare for your service and have a few moments of quiet time in our relaxing lounge. For your convenience, parking is available on the 3rd floor of the Sunloft building garage. They except credit card payments only upon exiting.

Locker Rooms

Luxurious robes and slippers will wrap you in comfort during your visit. Lockers, showers & personal care items are also provided.

Lounge

Specifically designed for you to relax before, between or after your services.

Cell Phones

The spa is an escape from the outside world. For your enjoyment and to be courteous of other guests, we request that everyone refrain from using cell phones and speak softly while in the spa and locker room. Please be sure your phone is on silence upon Check-in to the spa.

Children

Children are great little people but for the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. In the salon area, children are welcome to stay seated in our guest waiting area. Spago does not assume responsibility of your child during your visit. We appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines.

Payment

We gladly accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not except personal checks.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated.

Return Policy

We offer high quality professional salon and spa products for your personal use. Products can be returned with 30 days of purchase for retail credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be issued. Due to health regulations, hair brushes or cosmetic brushes cannot be returned.

Important information

For your safety, please inform the staff if you are use Retin-A, Glycolic or taking Accutane prior to receiving skincare services. For injections with Dr. Stampar, always refrain from using any blood thinners 2 weeks prior to your appointment. i.e. Ibuprofen, fish oil, asprin or vitamin E.

Cancellations

Our services providers are in considerate demand. Should a cancellation be necessary we require AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. A 50% service charge may result for cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. Cancellation of a Day Spa Package requires a 48 hour notice. Spago reserves the right to charge for missed spa packages. Please do not cancel or change appointments via email, as they may not be processed in a timely manner.
